Nick is so much better today. Up and talking. The physical therapist got Nick up early to go to the community room. There he enjooyed playing some video games. Beat his dad at Mario Golf! Took his mind of the pain. We got his crutches and a wheel chair. As soon as the epidural is out we will be ready to get moving.
We found out that we will have a place in the Hackermans Patz house to stay. They is next door to the hospital and very nice. Lots of kids going through the same thing. Should be great for moral support.

Choir Tour 2008 Send Off Concert
"Friends" A special song sung at the end of every Choir Tour Concert. Past choir members are asked to come up and sing. Nick hobbled to the front and Marissa made sure he was with a friend.

I'm glad you are up and about already...it's amazing.
All is well in Houston...hot..hot...hot! I went to the farmers market at 7:00 and came home with enough tomatoes to make 10 quarts of italian sauce and a huge bowl of salsa....everything, but the tomamtoes came from the back yard...I'm having a Marthe Stewart moment...probably won't last long. :)
